Do you ship your products from New Zealand?
Yes, we do.
We order in bulk and hold stock locally in NZ. If a product is listed as available on our website, it is in stock — unless it is clearly marked as pre-order.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
All orders are sent via courier with track and trace.
Most deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch, depending on your location.
How long does it take to pack and ship orders?
If your order is placed before 12pmon weekdays, we aim to pack and dispatch it the same day.
Orders placed after this time will typically go out the next business day.
Can I pick up my order?
No we don't allow pickups
Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes — every order is sent with track and trace, and you’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What is your returns and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products , we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
However, if your order arrives:

- Incorrect
- Incomplete
