Do you have COAs for your peptides?
Yes — our COAs are provided by our supplier, who conducts testing every 3 months to ensure quality and consistency.
To protect our supplier relationships, we don’t publish these on our website. However, if you’d like a copy, just reach out and we’re more than happy to send one through.
Do you ship your products from New Zealand?
Yes, we do.
We order in bulk and hold stock locally in NZ. If a product is listed as available on our website, it is in stock — unless it is clearly marked as pre-order.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
All orders are sent via courier with track and trace.
Most deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch, depending on your location.
How long does it take to pack and ship orders?
If your order is placed before 3pm on weekdays, we aim to pack and dispatch it the same day.
Orders placed after this time will typically go out the next business day.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — we offer pickups from Titirangi, Auckland.
Pickup is by arrangement, so please get in touch to organise a suitable time.
What are your operating hours?
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- We aim to respond to emails and messages within a few hours.
Please note: we also have daytime commitments, so response times may occasionally vary — but we always do our best to get back to you quickly.
Weekend pickups are available by appointment.
Are you a legitimate business?

Do you offer tracking for orders?

I’m new to peptide research — what do I need to get started?
Great question — and a common one.
At a basic level, most researchers will require:
- The compound(s) they are researching
- A suitable reconstitution solution (commonly bacteriostatic water)
- Appropriate measuring tools (e.g. syringes for accurate measurement)
- Proper storage conditions (typically refrigeration once reconstituted)
We don’t provide specific research protocols or usage instructions, but we’re always happy to help guide you on what you may need from a product and supply perspective to support your research setup.

How do I reconstitute my product?
Peptides are typically supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and require reconstitution before use in a research setting.
General handling guidance:
- Ensure all materials are clean and handled in a sterile environment
- Add your reconstitution solution slowly into the vial
- Allow the solution to run gently down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved
- Store as required for your research protocol (commonly refrigerated)
We recommend that reconstitution is only carried out by individuals familiar with proper laboratory handling procedures.
Where can I find documentation and dosage information?
As a supplier of research-use-only products, we do not provide dosage instructions or protocols directly.
However, there are independent educational resources available online that may assist with general research understanding, including compound references and publicly available research data.
